The support may not be optimal but thats what gogames provided the players and they won't provide much better if you think like that and don't actually mail support when you have problems like that
If players mail support once they notice the small scale of the support they actually provide they could actually upgrade it (one can dream am i right?) but in the end most players with problems just come forum

Ik although they do say it's gonna be a good compensation this time I'm sure it won't be anything from the other world as expected still it's better than nothing but i hope it's really good since im missing everything for 2 days in a row at least get me 40% of what i would get and will be happy

i just want all the server working again and then they can give compensation, but they fix half of the problem they made and now they are to lazy to fix the other servers. it was better if they didnt do anything, they ruin the events and days for everyone.

I agree with that and if they get the servers working i'll probably forget about the compensation but right now there isn't much we can do and while i'm waiting for server and reloading page imma stick around forum for a change

they won't answer me for your problem...  hell, you will be lucky if they answer you for your problem...  but asking for $5,000 USD is just unreasonable
and you mentioned it's 48 hours you spent on it...  that's asking for over $100/hour to play a game...  it's just not gonna happen

yes i am right i lost 3 years on this game for having on ubp this stupid idea merge and i haven't null now. i done click click click for 6 days it is right pay my time for a fked problem create from them.  i wan't them ship compensation, i want right respect have a player. if don't like is because u are vip and no f2p
