I am thinking of getting ichibae, but i don't know if i should get another support instead
My team is as follows;

Sophisticated rangiku
Koga
Main
Kirinji
Cute orihime

i would reccomend getting a better assaulter since koga is very slow. but if you really want a support i would replace cute orihime with either senju or hiki.

Ichibae - definitely you do not need. Sophisticated good in pair with a supports.
In this situation, I would take Hiki

I voted Oetsu, but Hiki is also a very solid choice.  Senju is amazing for sure, but i think she is the worst of the 3 for your setup

even if Koga as a partner was shit, his mods are just ridiculous...  that -100% hit aura, and his mutilate at death alone are hard to deal with...  plus add to that the fact that he is a legitimately great all around partner...  Koga is a machine without mercy
