Well, guess I should try getting koga in the upcoming ubp lol, he seems good  for many hard stages ...

Is koga suitable for pve because of his innate damage rate? I will replace yama with him for pve, if brenji will not come out in ubp.

Koga plain and simple...

has a great skill, very solid damage rate, great stats and growth rate

but his mods are on another level...  between his -100% hit rate aura on enemies team and his mutilate all foes on death mods alone are enough to make him beyond wonderful...  put him with either an uber tanky vang, or a very dodgy one and you are good to go!!

in fact, a very solid team at this point in the game for low VIPs looks like this if Koga hits UBP...

So, what zanpakuto that you are using right now?

My favorite for PVP is Mayuri, but overall I would say Koga(mutilate death mod) and Yhwach(damage and ignore invincibility) are better for the damage they can do and they don't need as much work to make great.

His base damage is extraordinary and one of the most powerful in the assaulter category, and with a skill damage of 180% growth rate, that means he's going to constantly deal this damage every round consistently ^^

HOWEVER, all his damage is only coming from his raw stats, nothing else :/

B.Renji is the much better choice as he has raw physical stats and all other bonuses to help him outscale Koga insanely by damage numbers ^^

So although Koga will easily replace Yama in PVE, it's not a big enough difference to properly replace a partner so I wouldn't recommend doing it. Waiting for a hopeful B.Renji will be a much better option ^^
