why don't try it at ES, you will get to know the avg total damage.

yeh that's what i did. based on how much silver i get somehow ken has more stable dmg than ikakku, highest and lowest is within 100k silver. which is kinda strange, ikakku can hit 100k silver lower than ken's lowest and once 100k higher during the observation. Using the same gear of course.

I need to observe ken longer, if he's more stable then he's better for the last Hit.

well, i have isshin too, have rukia and urarhara for pve, so i can ult every turn with any assaulter, should i keep using mod4 ikkaku or switch to mod4 kenpachi?

another thing, if i full mod ikakku so he gets natural combo rate, will it increase the number of extra turns alongside isshin? (isshin alone = 2 attack for every assaulter, isshin and main with 8th skill = same 2 attacks for every assaulter)
