Stop go on this guy together when he is completly right about it. I was also going for Hisagi at this alt account. After reset i sent a mail to ggs scam-team, yet they didn't even bother to reply as i expected. I dont care for UBP conpensation on alt acc, but this guy Shiki has a point.

True, issues can happen everywhere. But other game-companies try their best to either prevert such crap or in worst case conpensate properly. There where not just UBP that got screwed, but another event for Noble Isane. Even if ALL people got their gold back (which knowing ggs i doubt..) yet in this scenario only gold return is equally to scam. Cuz ''people'' toped up to get Isane during that event for that specific price and time, on top of that to grab rebate for toping-up a decent amount.

If they'r selling game content for ~300-1000 bucks they'r obligated to offer a super-b service for the players - but they dont and probably never will. To bad we have quite spineless game community here.
