did anyone know how much vitality i can spend in the UBP coz from now i only have 4kvitalityt

Not enough,you need at least around 10k vit on first day of ubp to be in safe zone.
Save your vit for next ubp

if you are VIP and can buy max number of vit each day, and have like 200+ beauty games saved up, you MIGHT make it... or you might end up in a pool of tears and regret... hard to say which as there is an element of chance with it

You need 7-8k for safe zone if you are VIP 0. Just start it as soon as it pops up and use everything you have and do beauty game and everything else every day. I've done it when I was VIP 6 with 4K

So will I be safe when it comes around? On 8.7k atm.

Ya you'll be fine. It might take al day to go through your vit but you should be fine and probably finish day 3-4
