yeah... that is a troubling fear I've had as well being I run a team that hinges around my Noza... like totally around him... he's 1/4 of my total BP and he solos basicly everyone in my server, lol

my hyorin just hit phase 2 so I feel ya there... honestly I'm hoping for Issane Kotestu from UBP for extra power and regen, stack her hard, natural T1... I might be able to have her tank hard enough herself to survive

the easy answer.. yes
when I remove my block stones from gear I've got a 94% block rate on Noza... then again i get roughly 10% from gear, 80% from stones, and 80 something % from mods and evo... still got room to grow, but yes, your mods break the cap in every case I believe
