I'm guessing they just pushed UBP back because they wanted this new event to happen. 2 Huge partner recruiting events at the same time is too much.

I think the reason they don't have UBP this cycle is they don't want people to double dip with using vitality to get crystals for UBP and weeds for Labor Glory.

stop fkin' trolling people ryuuken ... some people take the event seriously ... the UBP IS NOT cancelled.. we're too early for the event.. it will be in the next 6 days.. or it'll be after labor event.. ffs..

The part called Common Effort uses weeds that you get from normal missions like you get crystals for UBP.  When your server group gets enough weeds, then everyone gets the prizes like the last one that shows you get rank 12 Hogu and 1000 Exclusive Fragments.

muken is the best free partner u can get and f2p c ...

I'd say it's a matter of opinion (and VIP status) if ubp is a waste of vit or not. I got B renji in ubp and for me as a f2p, he totally kicks ass. The vit I spent for him definetely was not a waste.
