You can find a bunch of these guys in HMA, VIP 10s and all sorts

These low level accounts that have insane partners in them have been around since like 2015 lol, they top up but then become inactive for well, any reason! Idk the reason they have, whatever problem they have they faced it, and ta-da they stay low lvl forever or have to go away from the acc, this is nothing new lol

Yeah, it's being paranoid ^^
