Zangetsu needed over 28k gold. The event still kicked ass. I got all I needed with 40k gold. Best event by far for spending gold I've seen so far.

we still dont know how this event will turn out like after reset, who knows it might change the rewards or whatever :O

Don't expect people to participate massively for this, the one before had pushed a lot of people to use their last gold bullets to recruit some zanz and partners, i see only 1% of the 10% big spenders getting this partners; ofc theorically you can put down his price as max as you can.

Don't know the pattern yet to get a dicounting card, this latter gives a 3% dicount "i heard" of the initial amount. the gin costs around 72k now after using one card = 72k - 2.1k = 69840

Again a discounted of 3% of the new amount and so on....

you can do that but that s mean to top up a lot gold.
for example if you want 50% rebate (to take gin at 40K gold). You need 210 cards => 1050 Chances
so you need to top up 105k gold.

but you can even take him at a higher price and less top up.

Since i have no emppirical data on how the pattern works to get rebate cards, i couldn't tell.

Form what you said, the ratio getting a rebate card for example is 1050/210 = 5, so you'll need tu use five chances to get one card given a 3% rebate if i understand well.

The trick will be to use these chances if the pattern is correct if and only if the 3% > to the amount of gold spent on the rebat card

That what i want to know, i'm sure there is a ratio about these cards, maybe correlated the number of tries you have, or the amount of gold you toped up to do the event...

If somebedy had made the experience several times, it would be interesting to share with us his experiment.
