Any tips for reaching level 70 from level 50?

F2P player, and I was wondering if there were any tips to reach level 70 faster.

ES mainly as you will have just your clan involved, then ryoka with a 0-3-2 formation to deal max damage from your side.
slaves would get you 20% exp
spending 200 odd vit per day will also get you some exp.
instances gives you exp too
