he needs T1, more speed, more attack power...  there are other things I could suggest, but from the pic you showed here, I have no idea about your stones and such

you will want this tho...
90%+ break def, crit, counter, block
add strength stones and stamina stones, wisdom is nice too, speed is a must, T1 is a dream...  basicly everything but dodge will help him, and if you run a well modded Koga, dodge is also very nice to have on him...

it depends...  Aizen is of course the bigger boost right away, and if he is T1 can really make it tough on mid tier players that rely on supports, while a well built T1 Shun can pretend he's a baby Hikifune with his invurln from his exclusive skill...  excluding your Bankai Yamas and Shin D Toshiros out there, there is really no one best partner, this game was made to house several different strategies, and almost every partner I've seen as of yet, have a good place in a decent team, while some of them can make a very decent team all by themselves...  (I'm looking at you Noza, lol)

He is a T1 now. He has lvl 8-9 agility stones.
I need to work on crit counter and block.

I was planning on build a Shun but i dont know.. Im saving vit for ubp... Maybe something that shows up will help me mre than those two.
