I'd not think of it in that way to be frank. If someone puts a pm to me asking for top up then yeah i'd call it begging. openly asking is like just for fun sake, thats what i feel. But yeah everyone has their own opinion.

BP mein sabse aage main hoon xD
7.19M BP pvp
8.45M BP pve
Aur haan mere server pe aake spend karoge toh mushkil hai upar aana ranks main. kyuki the second in BP kills es in two shots and ryoka vo around wave 79 tak one shot karta hai
main wave 74 tak kar pata hoon. Aur es kam se kam 4 hits chahiye. Rank one waale ka aadha dmg kar pata hoon
PS: Its better to top on new server gain better ranks than spend on an old server
