I dunno why I'm gonna try to help you, as you are in my CSB and it's a RNG battle with you making it 50/50, but eh I'll still help.
If you want to stick with 1-3-1, I would use Shini-Ken so your Koga can skill earlier, as the reason I win against you is your Koga is too late to skill. With Shini-Ken, you would skill earlier and much more often, leading you to chaos possibly the whole team with your Raijin, and Koga skilling twice. Of course, you can choose Isshin as the cheaper alternative, but he's a little outdated. Shini-Ken is much weaker compared to other Assualters, but after seeing your team, a Shini-Ken would make you much harder to kill with Koga skilling twice a round. Honestly your Koga 1-shots everyone, so skilling twice would seal the deal.
However, if you want to go 1-2-2, I would pick either Isane or Hiki. Thing is, you would have to pour all your agility/T1 into your Hiki, which would take away from your Raijin, so I wouldn't suggest this. Seeing as your B.Renji is weaker than your main seemingly, a partner with no investment and only being used for her skill/mods, Isane is your pick. You don't need to stack her, only the minimum and she will help you against your RJ enemies. But Isane won't help with your PvE aspect much.
TL;DR Shini-Ken to help you skill twice a turn, which helps in chaosing the whole enemy team, as well as combo-ing in PvE can double your damage. Hiki requires too much investment and will only take away from your Raijin. Isane is basically your RJ counter. My personal opinion is to grab Shini-Ken |
