ye zangetsu give more speed assaluters 21% and tensa give 18% but tesna have more for vanguard %  i check all but in this game who is faster then win.... lol and zangetsu have 4% more speed

Tensa boosts speed for all allies. And don't forget the reiatsu bonus.

reiatsu work only in event but if u think about fortify
