Red Starrk vs Charming Rangiku

So i have gotten Tensa Zangetsu like most people in my realm did.
I have both Red Starrk and Charming Rangiku, but i dunno which one to choose from.
Please help this underwear pervert by voting whoever is better =D

Block ignores 70% of the damage, you'll receive 30% damage then.
The damage by block is equal to your normal attack, the buffs, extra fury... are counted.
And yes the block can crit too, with 100% crit the block will always crit no matter the counter.
I don't know if the crit damage (from buff, enchant, mod...) works on block, i believe yes.

also, break defense is block's counter...   chance to block is Block rate - break Defense rate = chance to block

That's a lot of difference tho
The fury is caped at 500, for a bonus of 400% damage ! But you need a silencer... or anything that can stun the vanguard.
