Where can you get bells for Xmas Carnival in Bleach Online Game?

My question is where can I get bells for Xmas Carnival? Is it something only VIP can do?
I'm not talking about how the server gets the bells but how can a player get them...
Apparently there are prizes you can earn by collecting bells in "Xmas Carnival" slide at the bottom, where it says "Recieve Card".
The only way I have bells is because I make a wish in "Xmas Wishes" and, automatically, they give me a free bell.
Currently, I have two bells, but is there another way to get more?

after your daily free try only spending gold

if u wish with 20 gold u can get a bell

yes as above you get one free try daily, and every 100 gold you top up you get 1 free go stack able through the event
