if you can manage to top up even just once, you get tobiume. i mean, tobiume's very well rounded and does a DoT ability too which's very useful.

For cash players I vote for Tobiome but for f2p Wabisube is better for pvp and in pve dailys i prefer gegetsuburi, after get haikeno use haikeno for pve dailys but still use wabisuke for pvp (is what I do it works well)

I have been using Gegetsuburi with rather good results. However I have also not topped up

Still tho, Tobiume is probably the best overall zanpakuto until 65, Wabisuke is probably a bit better for PvP tho.
