How do you get bankai for your zanpakuto. I currently have shikai haineko but it says reiatsu level not enough? My haineko is lvl 10 what level does it need to be so I can make it bankai?

lv up your reiatsu to lv41.

Bankai => Reiatsu level 15 or around (can't remember exactly)
Hogyoku Kai (final evolution of zanpakutos) => Reiatsu level 41

Afaik, you need reiatsu lv 18 for bankai, and lv 41 for hogyoku-kai, the last and strongest stage.
Since you'll pass lv 35 for hogyoku-kai, you'll also probably get zabi from it, one of the 2 best standard-f2p zanpakuto, so it's worth it for 2 reasons.
