lol, all idea you write, or someone are done. So this is normal you dont create something new. How many other game you have? All only are copy. Only other name, crew ect. This is all only for money.

i would remove Duffy of this list with all do respect to him as an older and legendary player but he has and still been having it easy. since they got no server merge he is getting most reward and events, so disqualify!
