Actually, I'm clueless atm on where silver should be spent at all. Just doing soul cult, saving indefinite and stucking billions ftm. Probably gonna max weap/shoes/belts once I hit lvl cap

Yeah costy as hell, currently have lvl 113 and spended over a billion on that. Still cheaper than reinforce on higher lvl because it gives you bonus to all base stats on all partners compared to just one bonus on one partner. Personally I think that if you can afford both cultivation and reiatsu at the same time then it is probably the way to spend your silver unless you need reishi for xp books on some partner you just recruited or something. I would put reinforce at the bottom of things you want to spend your silver on once you reach certain lvl.

You have a point, I haven't even reinforced anything post 130 and I'm 144 so I dunno how much they cost.
Xp isn't much of an issue since Instances got released, unless you wanna power level. I'm saving about 60m after soul cutl. But what I don't like about rei is that it takes long to upgrade,  wasting 1b silver isn't even noticeable and it doesn't work everywhere. Not like that I have any pve challenge left, but I'm still hoping for a new Soul Map to challenge me, lol

True but it is still one of the more cost effective things in the game
Right now when I will decide to upgrade my weapon or boots to lvl 155 once I reach that lvl in couple of days it will cost me 45 mil/piece for lvl 110 ultimate eq, forged are a bit cheaper around 36 mil/piece
