Would it be better if I use 2 assualters and 3 supporters in my case, since i have dark rukia, rukia, and kisuke. My assualters would be Main and Sexy Yorouchi or would it be better with 3 assualters and 2 supporters ( ikku, sexy yorouchi, MC), and supporters (kisuke/rukia + dark rukia)

0-3-2 3 assaults with uruhara and dark rukia, not 2 assaults or you'll nerf your dps.
but wouldnt the fury boosting increase dmg massivly since my main and sexy yorouchi would be doing special every turn ( also sexy yorouchi recovers 25 fury for whole team)
the main point in that is the amount of dps pumped out of the assault line compared to the support line. with regards to receiving extra dps from fury that only applies once you receive over a certain limit and i doubt that it would cover the hole made by the removal of one of the assaulter's.
