Honor Points??

How do I get honor points??? Only have 410 but I have no Idea how I got even that small amount. Thanks in advance.

you don't spend them, you get points to unlock next rewards and increase your purchase chances in honor shop but you can buy items only for coupons/gold and partners only for comrade contracts
