lvl 60+ help

I am lvl 67 and I have sado, event ichigo, momo, orihime and main (ghost blade) in my formation. Soon i will get shin renji but i don't know who to switch out. Should i switch out orihime or event ichigo? And if anyone has any tips on pvp and pve formations because for now i just have this team for everything, i would appreciate it.  Thank you in advance .

If you can gear up renji fast but most important you need to upgrade him to gold to be replaced with ichigo.

For now in my opinion, use renji in ryoka and es with a 0 3 2 formation, giving the vanguard gear to renji, if you have a replacement for inoue in this situation use it cuz a healer is useless in this.

In pvp better stay with a healer and momo they are good, ichigo when he reached lvl70 can use gold hogus so he'll be beter than renji for some lvls; thus ichigo is useless when you'll recruit gold parnters, and when renji will become gold just replace him.

For tavern partners i really adivse you to recruit yoruichi to stun suporters, but also to clear hollow map espada. Don't take haribel since you have momo, ofc hari is way better but there is even more better than her = gin ishimaru lvl100,

For the long term thiese are the partners you should have: sajin komamura, yoruichi, unohana, urahara, ikkaku or grimjow, zaraki, gin ichimaru;

I would advice to replace Ichigo with Renji and keep orihime because she can still help you atleast in certain stages especially of you're a non-vip or low vip then replace Orihime with Rukia for fury boost in PVE Events.

*0-3-2 formation would be great in PVE events with appropriate partners using 9th skill once you got it.
0-Ikkaku,Main & Kenpachi-Kisuke & Rukia would be a great formation in PVE events but its your option.
