Lol, still, if Kyoka go first, and Jakka go after, it still wont clear effect LOL! Being fast means nothing now (for top players at least)! hahaha!

200% total teams damage, on 2 foes with highest HP, 10% mutulate for 3 rounds on those partners, lower all enemy hit rate and break defense by 200%, lower enemy defense by 70% and buff own def 70% for 3 rounds

RJ gives 150% protection, even if you go first, this buff will remain. And it is more dangerous than the debuffs, since it is impossible to kill for the first round. The main question is whether the shield removes chaos, if removed, then the RJ will be better
If chaos can not be removed, then the battle will be completely random. And if both players with such zanpakto? The one who goes second will win, because to clear the debuff and cast his own. I wonder what happens with this

nobody cares if it removes chaos, people care if it removes mutilate, burn, and other DOT...  plus if you consider it's a $1000 zan vs one you can get for free, that makes it a little different as well...  personally I use yellow supports and can rank in top 13 in CSB consistantly (was in top 8 before I swapped from Noza, and my TSI's block is going up so I'm ranking up faster now), so I'll never outspeed the peeps higher than me in CSB unless I get some different partners, know what I mean?   plus for someone like me, I run a stacked vang and Hyorin, so Sugetsu is really making me question getting Muken first...
