It's the ones labeled as reiatsu attributes in your first post.  The brown stats I showed are normal or PVE stats.

Not sure if color blind or not..but I'm pretty sure its Red for normal, and Blue for the Reiatsu stats

Totally Irrelevant from why they attack first, but why is it that your D.Ichi doesn't seem to have any type of defense or immunity on him. Are you doing a full 6 set Ult Equipment? It's better for him to have a 4-2 or a 2-2-2 equip set. Also you need to increase his hit rate as he should not be getting dodged. His heal and aid rate could have won you that fight. You have Tensa so don't skimp out on your VG

The reason is most likely because of  reiatsu difference + shiginami academy.

What r the partners ur opponents have? Do they have shinso? Also check for the mods of all his partners,if there's anyone with a increase ally spd then that that extra spd prolly coming from there

His zanpaktou, reitasu, other champions buffs and etc.
There are many factors which can tell why he's faster than you.

i didn't see a battle report posted originally, or just overlooked it with all the pretty pictures. Or maybe it was the misspelling of battle.

yama has a 10% spd boost to ally maniac blade..maybe becoz of that he atked earlier?
