any tips on how to beat him and finally beat Soul map. thats how close i get but can't beat him yet

Do you rely on Kirinji ? Is Starrk stacked ? My stacked partner was Starrk, i had the same formation as you but instead of Kirinji and Hyorinmaru i had Kisuke and Senbon... Kisuke helps Starrk to damage more. Or you can replace Unohana if Starrk survives enough without her.
Or wait a bit to strengthen you, but i'd not want to wait if the victory is so close...

Yes i stacked Stark, and he can survieve without Unohana.. the only Event Zans  i have is Hyorinmaru and Sogyo

Fortify zanp works ONLY in pvp

=> for all pve things, only basic zanpakutos attributes are applied

maybe they changed it today or the day before (recently I mean)
Oherwise this is/was a strictly pvp function
