any tips on how to beat this guy in Aizen 5 v 5

Effects are the bonuses the partners get at lv10, lv50 and lv100.
Attributes are the stats bonuses.

The stats work in PvE and PvP, but the effects only in PvP (i don't remember if it triggers in PvE).

I would replace Unohana with Kisuke, especially if he has his death mod. Then, if you didn't already, give Stark a 4-2 equip set. My D.ichi had a full 6 set when I faced Aizen and my whole team died in 1 round, and D.ichi died in 3 rounds even with 1.5mil HP. Switched to 4-2 instantly and I was full health the whole time and my Kisuke and Kirin survived. If 4-2 doesn't work, try the 2-2-2 if your immunity rate isn't at max. Next I would use Senbon for that extra damage and recovery. Sogyo is PvE so using Tengen or Ashisogi is a better VG zan for ya if Senbon isn't working for you.

Cheap way, be a dirty stacker :p

I only have hyrio as event Zan. With hyrio I last all 20 round. Only assaulters die. And i don't use kisuke other than farming mod frags. When I get home I'll show screen shots of the partners I used

Ah right it was Hyorin ya got. Sad you can't use Kisuke, as he is what helped me skill a lot and let me win. I also forget that with D.Ichi, he gives aid rate to everyone and Starrk doesn't, so this may be harder to do instead. I guess you can give Kirin a 4-2 set as well in order for him to last long enough to chaos them and do major dick damage. All I can think of is raising your level and other attributes to do enough damage and to have enough hit.

I would recommend switching out C.Ori as well. She is not very good PvP (yeah i know its pve, but its a 5v5 so pvp in my book). She gives fury to AS, which die, and gives them block, who also die. Unohana I guess you need to keep everyone alive, so she is fine. Perhaps using Ukitake as he attacks all for 190% growth rate. Though maybe you need Phys damage. The only Phys damage I can think of is Byakuya, but you probably gave all your Str. stones to Starrk. So Ukitake is your best bet. I would give Ex frags to Starrk as well since at level 10 ex. you will prob do 25% more damage. Giving 40 Levels to D.ichi more than trippled my damage, so 10 levels should do something.

Byakuya and Stark has lvl 9 str stones

if I remember well (was few month ago, sorry)

I could complete it with hit rate 250% on 1 partner only (yama)
