No, I wasn't aware it was even a problem till I checked my account when seeing several forum posts ...

It did happen the same to me THANKS god that i always use my email when they ask for it (i was using visa), and then i send the report and they send me the message i just send to you earlier, hopefully you will get your money, how much time have been ?

Uh, about a few days before all these posts hit about it being broke :p I also never had the option to put in my e-mail, just credit card info and address stuff.

well that sucks do you have the transaction ON your bank? like all the moves you do and stuff? you can take a SS and send it to support.

I'll have to wait for my statement to come in next month to see that. It's not so much a bank as it is a pre-paid debit card. Very little bank transaction.

so is a Card that you Add money from your Main account? like for example u have 0 and u wanna add 5 bucks to THAT card, then u add the 5 bucks and can only use 5 bucks? well hopefully they will fix this im waiting my 20$ they always give it back or just add the gold so no need to worry. if not Dam time to call a lawyer.
