Well of course further upgrade to those and your stones ^^ How are your hollow map points distributed? Maybe putting some focus onto Hiki there could help too

Also of course which will come naturally, but gear upgrading is a huge thing for those partners associated with speed

level up her spirit stones, physical defense would be nice on her to help her survive more, level up her equipment and accessories, maybe higher level str and stamina accessories to raise phy def and HP, as well as a better str and stamina hogu, again, for the phy def and HP...   it's good to bee good at one thing, but it's better to be at least decent at everything else too...  know what I mean?

point of advice, I think you should save vit for SA a few times to get some good stones on her and put some levels on her hogus, know what I mean?

Espada 4 and 3 are both 6/6, Espada 2 is 5/6, 1 and Tosen are 4/6, Gin is 3/6 and Aizen is 1/6

rightio so it's safe to say she's fine there ^^

Well I would just focus on speed stones then, it seems like the only 1 place where she seems to be lacking ^^

people keep her because she is fast and they think with themself why their fast partner should not be 1 shot killer and they start updating hiki. in a fight with same level players hikis speed is the key of winning (without stacked VGs and rujin). the problem is she cant always 1 shot the whole team but she gives the opportunity for other ally to clear the rest of the opponent. in the future you can make a point for her and stop updating her in that point, after that making some hard attack assaulter.
I have seen your fights in ToT, i think you are good and you can have fun with whatever you have for now
