toshi 0 mod vs sajin 4-5 mod is the most likely for majority ppl esp low vip n f2p,  i got toshiro to mod 1, but then i dt find any use in continuing modding tosh as it will take a long time, i would rather use it to get my shini yoruichi and later gamuza nel .

full mod toshiro i don't think will happen anytime soon unless someone spends their vip chances only for cultivating his mods ie 4 times a day and if they can complete all 15 stages, so yeah

Toshiro acts like a mini-Nel as well. Decreasing break def rate and with hyorinmaru has increased def and block. Silencing opponents forces them to attack Toshiro, which means a TON of retaliation damage.

Off the top of my head something like:

Hyorinmaru
VG Toshiro
Main
Shini Urahra
Nel
Harribel/Tavern Gin

Urahara silences Supports, forces them to walk into Toshiro, Nel keeps your back line relatively safe from all attacks that do go off via dodge and just gives your team that much more attrition based time, Harribel/Gin deal with assaulters long enough to get Toshiro and Nels debuffs rolling, and at the least gets one more attack into toshiro.

Supports are Silenced.
Assaulters are -Fury and chance for stun.
Assaulters are -25% attack and -25% break def.
Assaulters and supports are -65% hit.
Your VG is +18% Speed, 25% block, 18% defense
Your whole team is +15% dodge.
Nel buffs VG and Main Fury.

yeah, thats the gamuza nel you are talking about, i am on it, just 8 days more
that shini urahara is so underrated, damn.

but again this is if ur team gets to go first, hence speed is also a case here, but then its good for majority of the cases, nice details on that btw

btw, since i havent got gamuza nel i am not sure, does she give dodge to everyone or everyone but her?

Says increase all allies dodge rate by 15%. I don't have her yet, so I am not entirely sure myself.

Yeah I mean, speed is important. It isn't like you are slow or anything, you still get Hyorinmaru's 18%, you just have some room to make up for stuff. Helps that most of your supports have high tier Agility talents though, where as most assaulters don't.

You might even need a full 100% fury set on Urahara just o ensure no Fury buff shenanigans happen. It isn't a cheap team to field in the slightest. You might even be able to drop Harribel/Gin for Tavern Urahara, I haven't thought to far into the comp, but having all those stacking debuffs is nasty. Once you get Stark, he becomes a absolute monster with that setup. God forbid anyone ever gets DIchigo and puts him in this composition.
