I was going to use him in both. I don't have many characters, this will actually be my first bought character from an event. Kisuke has a solid attack 170% , builds fury, and also silences enemy supports and with his agility 30% I can out speed other Gin's easier for pvp arena. For PVE he'd replace Rukia, allowing for better treasures/more damage. Also I'm getting Pantera Grim in a week, so I wasn't sure if another assaulter would be good since my main set up is 1-2-2.

Shinigami Urahara does not replace Rukia in most PvE situations. He builds fury for himself, which while great for PvP/Espada, etc, is not really what you want for ES/Ryoka compared to Rukia building fury for 3 assaulters.

That being said, he is certainly not bad for ES/Ryoka at all. He will skill, at the very least, once every other round for 170%, and if you give him high end crit, or pair him with tavern Urahara, he will skill every round.

Ah that's where I was mistaken, I was thinking he built fury for everyone. Making him a little less desirable now. Maybe I'll Grab Sexy Yourichi instead and run Main/Sexy/Grim/KisukeT1 Fury/Rukia instead for PVE.

pvp for sure, i believe his talent was higher percentage agility increase, make him t1 fury and you dont have to worry about any control anymore;D

Heh sexy yoruichi is definitely a solid purchase, at the very least if you compare it to the average prizes in this game. She is and end game character with good abilities and if you do it smartly she will cost less than 6k gold which is a really good deal if you compare it to 16-35k gold cost for most decent partners in other events like UBP if you didnt have any vitality or 72k gold for shinsoo gin who is end game partner as well...

I was aiming towards more PVE then PvP. Need more Silver and kills in Ryoka. Being able to control the support line in PvP is a HUGE plus though but when it eventually becomes a one shot fest I'm not sure if it's that worth wild. I would have to give up Assault Fury boost from Rukia since finding out he doesn't boost everyone's. Which I think would actually hurt my DPS over all. Was hoping for a real solid team as Grim/Main/Isshin with 8th Skill to see how that worked out with two Urahara's backing.

Agreed. Sexy Yoruichi is to this day in CN one of the best PvE characters. She is truly a endgame event character, and spending 6k gold on her knowing she will be good for a long while is probably one of the wisest ways to spend gold in this game, short of Isshin, and maybe Shinigami yoruichi and Shinigami Urahara.
