also best way is to check your formation numbers.
eg my gin had 97k speed and kisuke 103k speed, but in formation it shows gin is 1 and kisuke is 2. i then changed speed to gin-89k and kisuke-103k and it showed kisuke as 1 and gin as 2.

yeah I just keep upgrading rukia speed and make her faster. You can also try to swap hogyoku/spirit  ...

mine is a lvl 22 complete speed hogyoku for kisuke now, i am waiting since ages to get a flawless speed hogyoku ..sigh !!

there are ppl wil 150-190k speed around here. and i guess even more :O

glad that we dont have fast guys here LOL! max I saw was 120k.
