It's a beast of a formation for PvP.  In 4 days I will be swapping out Cute for Nel to see how she works out, more utility.  Eventually SWP or CSB Aizen will take that spot I'd imagine.

you're pretty much forced to play a 1-3-1 formation until u get access to aizen and gin

for partners i use yamamoto rukia for now yoruichi and sajin. at 2 lvls ill change rukia with urahara and Sajin with Starrk and at 110 lvl Urahara with Nell and propably yoru with tavern aizen or swp toshiro

I use Kirinji, Shy Nemu(t1), Nozarashi and R.Ulq/B.Renji (depending on fight , brenji for his death effect) with hyorinmaru (God Noza )
