Just checked my level 80 profile on a different server and its there. They must have moved it's activation to level 70.

Like when they moved the drinking age to 21 and the people who had been drinking that were 18-20 could not drink anymore.

Problem is gone!) But i'm already not 70 lvl - only 68 =) So it was little bug at all)

I saw as well 69 almost 70. Good to have it back, now to try and get an ultimate hogyoku
