The bug cannot be deleted partner.When i am pressing dismiss button then accepting dismissing, i had this notification

but put off his hogyoku i cant, cose i havent hogyoku power icon to enter hogyoku power window... two days ago i had hogyku power icon, after "interface changing update?"
i havent,  players who i ask havent too, in proof i link screen that shows that there isnt hogyoku power icon to enter it,
in bleach diary there isn't any notification about hogyoku power, and in total battle power isn't too, from team partners window can't enter hogyoku power to, so if there isnt a bug and after update all work as it must, said is this game mechanic that i cant dismiss my member cose he had hogyoku but i cant put off it, or this is a bug, and my post this telling about it.
request for The Operating Team, reply me.
