he is really new


Head captain was released shortly after Isshin, or maybe before him [ or so i thought ]

he came before we had partner mods

nothing "strong" about him, his growth rate is only 150% anyway, and the fury supress only applies to afew targets

It also targets them before damage, so half the time you kill the target you fury suppress anyway. SAme with Ulqiourra. Personally, I think Ulqiourra is stronger, as the strength of Yammamoto is the DOT damage, not the actual debuffs.
