As someone that has stacked both, if you took away TSI's 4th mod, my Noza would fucking crush my TSI, and my TSI has 300k more BP, tons of attack power, speed, ect much better than my Noza's was, but that block rate is HARD to beat with a good attack behind it

Noza's only flaw is his Fossilize.
You can fix that with his exclusive skill, as you may know.
I believe a Noza vs TSI solo considering both have everything the same would result in Noza's victory(considering both would be using their exclusive skills).

nope...  any smart TSI user would never change his 4th mod...  Noza has VERY little self regen ability, and even if fossilized, TSI can and will still gain HP and counter attack, sometimes several times per round given how you set him up...    if neither can kill the other by the end of 20 rounds, the one with more HP wins, and TSI's regen should give him a HUGE leg up on that one...  however when you look at the $500 difference in price (you could prob get him with $200 spent right) Noza should be more than good enough with Hyorin, a hard stack, 190%+ block rate, and a great wisdom set on with every bit of health regen on him as you can put

then how about a red Tosen, he's very fast for a tavern partner, with a crippling skill to assaulters...  in fact, possibly the BIGGEST negative status effect in the game vs assaulters...  the more stacked you are, the bigger PITA it becomes...  Bankai Yama, Muken Aizen, Yhwach, ect...   a super fast T1 tosen could and would ruin that little meta....  just stuff I think about
