I have gotten Kondou Yukia in my HMA in the recent past(like a month or so ago)
Was pretty easy tbh  ...

Kondou's  noza is better now than it was back then but i still find it pretty easy to take care of

top's up for a brand new team+zank and go afk for another year xD
everything is "pretty easy to take care of" when u have a rj b.kenny/b.toshi
still u'r team is very weak knowing the potential of that tier of parteners and zank

I don't go afk for a year. I am gone sometimes for a few months getting busy with college and just recently with bct for us army but im back pretty consistently now. Yeah i have those partners but i dont top up for a brand new team every time i come back. I update my team because most of the partners i had aren't good for me trying to beat takuya or brah in the long run. And they arent that weak. Shin daiguren toshiro has almost 2mil bp with 900k speed. the main reason why my team isnt as high as it would be is im only lvl 116 so i have not been able to get higher the reincarnation 1 on my partners and as well as my reiatsu is only 76 where as most peoples are in the 100 or higher range

That's the simplest way to understand.
The potential of those partners with that zanpakuto(Jakka) is obviously visible through the examples of Hayase Masako(Eu 103), Yojimbo(Eu 234), Bernkastel(US), Fuji Habiki(US), etc.
