sure here you go, they should be pretty self explanatory though.

tier 1 = agi 7%
tier 2 = attack 8%
tier 3 = crit 12%, can surpassed 90%
tier 4 = buff spirit blade 10%
tier 5 = 25% crit damage
tier 6 = immune fury reduction

tier 7 unsure yet , whether is "damage rate 25% or 25% damage" because after "," it say can surpassed 90%
what else stats that can surpassed 90% other than block, dodge, crit, counter, break def rate

One of the interesting things I saw was that Special Training lasts for 15 Days. You can get 20 fragments a day of any of the event partners.

That is 300 Fragments, enough for 2 mod's and some change, but will cost you 2700 gold for a S+ partner, and 3300 for a SS. Gin and Zangetsu are absurdly expensive.

Demon Ichigo, on the other hand, is the cheapest one.

as i know is combo rate Indo servs call it double att, and the tier 4 is to Ghost Blade not Spirit blade

In Indo description say double att rate same as they type Shinso Gin combo rate that is in the tab of stats with rate cap % same as dodge, aid, block..........and im sure they gonna release some stuff/chars that up the combo rate like lv110 Ulti set give 5% combo, and to be honest combo rate have a lot more sense than  "damage rate 25% or 25% damage" cause we already have a lot more than 90% so can be surpassed easily and if that have an cap ofc isnt 90%

It'd be awesome if they increased combo rate.  
That'd make being able to recover fury that much more important.

Pointless to have an extra attack if you have to vg-bust first.

hmm nice item to add to collection but an expensive one i am in 2 minds get him or not but 30k points may 18-22k about right. think i take swp ulquirra just his base sstats are very low to yama ji , RYujinn Chaka FTW lol
