He did only the 5 free trys sould hunt. After the 10 paid trys, it should indicate 10/10.

Sometimes it's just tough luck, can't do anything about that, what i hate most on the other hand is the fact you're farming in division palace for hours and a bug shows up suddenly you lose your place and no infuse material collected, remembere once i was shrua for 10 hours and the game just bugged lost the 10h cultivation.

he only did the 5 free tries wich isnt a big bad luck most of us had that at one same as 3 reishi is pretty normal after 40-60mill spent on auto janken 0 still is more rare but happens

yeh that sux a lot more and the worst part is you cant prove that because happens randomly and you never notice most of times till is time to get the reward but nothing happens
