Those are not mid game stats though... Not everyone breaks 300% hit, and some partners can reach 200% dodge (anything that has bypass 90% limit). Not to mention to insane -% hit debuffs you can apply.

Sure, dodge is not optimal late-late game. But like I said mid game and early late game dodge CAN be strong.
