it takes about 6 to 9 months to get Noza is what I'm saying, you want him before level 130, you need to start saving soon...  Kiuske is very important to you, pvp and pve..  Shin Isshin will boost you a ton both PVE and PVP, Cute Orihime will boost you greatly PVE and doesn't take much work at all to get the most out of her...  you are focused on yama and grim, and both are decent, yes, but neither are where your gravy is at...  I"m level 155 and battling for #1 in my server ATM, I've made several mistakes along the way, the biggest one is changing partners too often...  get them early, evo them to max, and build them as partners...  each time you swap partners you lose at least 30% of the work you put into them, assuming you haven't evoed too much

This might not be related to your question but id like to point it out
I have seen your lineup and gears too,
I noticed you did not have the Cyclone set from reio guardian like we had,
It was available for ichibe janken points for a very low point cost (i forgot how much) it was 5ish points
which became a huge boost for us who got it, you should aim for it next time reio guardian comes again.
