How many players got Shin Ishin FOR FREE so far? NONE! ZERO! So it's NOT free, it's just a rent! Do not listen to BS, Tenjiro is awesome if you have 2 or more t1 partners in your team. He is naturally fastest red partner beside the new reds that have orange partner growth (Senju also can be a bit faster but she require Hiki bond for that)

For pvp use Hiki + Kirinji (if you can make them both t1)

For pve just swap for Kisuke.

Kirinji is amazing for pvp and void, for me Kirinji is a character for specialized tasks. In pvp i'd prefer Senju+Kirinji or Senju + Una, in pve i'd run Senju + Kisuke.

Ps: dont waste your time on Noza, he suck - especially with Kazekishi.
