my battle power was 641233 and then when i refresh it became 639483 i lost 2000 points

i lost almost 4 or 5k 2 days ago.... just like that , no reason... ouch

again check your PVE swap characters, sometimes the hollow souls get stuck on them and do not transfer back.
especially if you use 2 vangards for some reason they like to high-jack the hollow souls and not return them when you exchange gear.
