It's confirmed that it won't reach 25k after full +20 infuse && +110 fortification though, right?

Well it was predictable, first cause GoGames are not nice to customers and second it's like the Zanpakutos, they show Hoguoku Kai Bonus to know the max you will get. Here it's more usefull as the infuse bonus increases with the fortify level.

It is not coming with lvl 110 and infused to lvl 20 as you may think.
Got it and is lvl 0 and no infusion.

Because at +110 fortification:
Weapon: +25k
Head: +25k
Armor: +25k
Cloak: +8k
Boots: +8k
Belt: +16k

vs

110 Ult +20 infuse +116 fortification:
Weapon: +26k
Head: +8k
Armor: +8k
Cloak: +16k
Boots: +23k
Belt: +73k

The physical armor is ridiculous, and the physical atk is almost on par with Ult 110, because it's 5 levels of fortification lower o.o
The cloak/boots/belt is shit in comparison.

Have we confirmed that it really is +25k physical defense for the head/armor though?

Guildmate just let me see the set he bought, it does not come with any infuse/fortifications.

yup. its not the same armor. my friend also bought the set and it has different stats.
