Hiki, Oetsu and Senju are all three the same price.
Considering all the people that have Brenjis in their teams, Hikifune would probably be the better choice.
Her invincibility is able to protect you from the death mod of a brenji if you are able to one shot him ofc.
Senju you would have to stack speed and atk on her to be able to oneshot the enemy(including the vanguard) which would be pretty much near impossible without a katen.
Oetsu is the slowest of the three but he hits the hardest and mutilates one random enemy decreasing their hp by 80% when it is their turn to move next.
