They're not rentable for that very reason.
They want you to permanently buy those partners so that they get more money.
They added Hiki and Oetsu in Senju's bonds for that reason, I'm sure

Make it claimable once would be better. So it makes players trying harder to get better. Giving people too much free stuff will let players to obtain something so easily. I don't like the fact that they give away too many inferno stones, exclusive frags and high level stone boxes so easily. If you make it claim once, keep that amount, but repetitively... Make it only 50 inferno stones, 50 exclusive frags, and lvl 7 stones boxes. I dont want to see people to obtain Muken Aizen and Kyoka.S so easily. It will make me sad to see everyone using the same thing.

Most of the really good stuff can be claimed only by top players who already spent thousands of dollars and would get muken/kyoka easily anyway. The rest is mostly dependant on if you got certain stuff from ubp. I personally didnt bother with senbon or demon ichi because the first one didnt suited my team composition and the second one I got ichibei who is better for my needs.
Honestly I originally thought that it would only be claimable once. Didnt really make sense to me that they would offer this kind of stuff multiple times so I would vote for it to be claimable only once and keep the rewards there as they are.

lv7 stone boxes might be a good choice because players will not need to spend too much vit on SA so that they can use the vit for something else.
