depends on situation, if I'm in hurry to get some mod then I inherit partners as fast as I can get enough modify frags for that mod
in other situation I'm just waiting for 7th mod and then use inherit cause it's simply cheaper

Use Tenjiro. You get 20 a day if you have Shini Agent. It takes a while to get to last mod, but you get like 2.5k frags and stuff

yeah right now i only farm kirinji and harribel. want to know if other do more than 2-3 partners.

I have 7 dojo chances but need to mod only 4 characters so for mod farming I'm using 3 partners:harribel, kisuke and yoruichi. I also farm kirinji but only what I get from shinigami agent, IMO that 5 extra mod frags from dojo aren't worth it
