I wouldnt say it is that simple. At least not in pvp. Hiki is way slower than kirinji so if you are depending on speed and that first hit against someone, kirinji is still good. In pve it is a no-brainer though if someone used him there

Well at least I will finally be able to finish HP bond for ichibe

h.ichigo max hp,soo z.renji hit rate,b.rukia damage rate and h.byakuya chance to increase own speed by 20% for 1 round
